Hi, I'm Max Naylor

I’m the Owner and Head Trainer at Commit2FitPro.
I’m a fully qualified personal trainer, martial arts instructor and nutritionist, with many years of experience helping ordinary Australians meet their fitness and lifestyle goals. I’m not a professional athlete (although I have trained a few), I am an ordinary Aussie bloke who has spent much of my life understanding the building blocks of human health, and putting them into practice for myself and hundreds of clients.
With many of us (especially us Victorians) being restricted to our homes and unable to go to the gym, a lot of clients have asked me to help them find ways to maintain their fitness at home. Many people have asked about strength especially – it is such a critical part of a balanced fitness program, but difficult to focus on when you don’t have access to gym equipment.
So I’ve developed my brand new BACKPACK PROGRAM in consultation with those clients. It’s designed to enable you to build strength at home, using normal items that just about everyone will already have.
Backpack is not designed for professional athletes and bodybuilders. It’s designed for ordinary people who want a balanced health & fitness program which includes strength.
