As many of you know, we launched our new website recently.

The website is just the first small step in a much bigger plan here at Commit2FitPro, to bring to life our mission of helping ordinary Australians live healthier lives. You’ll see much more happening over the coming weeks and months.

The second change (after the website) is this, our new blog!

My commitment to you, the Commit2FitPro family, is to write a new blog post for you every week, come rain hail or shine. I have loads of advice, hints, tips, activities, exercises, recipes and other stuff to share, that I’m super keen to share and hopefully help you on your journey to good health.

Before I get into all that though, I thought a good place to start the blog would be to tell my own personal story.

So over the next three weeks I’ll publish three blog posts about where I’ve come from and how I’ve ended up where I am now, to hopefully give you a better understanding of why I’m doing this and how I can potentially help you.
